The Aliapex Money Back Guarantee is designed to protect Buyers by ensuring they receive the item they ordered or get their money back, subject to the terms outlined below.


2. Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the Aliapex Money Back Guarantee if:

  • The item was not received within the estimated delivery time

  • The item received is significantly different from the Seller’s description

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • The transaction was unauthorized


3. Conditions for Claims

To qualify:

  • A claim must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date or transaction date

  • The Buyer must provide supporting evidence, such as photos, descriptions, or communication records

  • The Buyer must have completed the transaction through Aliapex’s payment system

Aliapex reserves the right to request additional information.


4. Resolution Process

  1. Contact the Seller
    Buyers should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the Seller.

  2. Open a Case
    If unresolved, the Buyer may open a dispute through Aliapex.

  3. Investigation
    Aliapex will review evidence from both parties.

  4. Decision
    Aliapex will determine whether a refund is appropriate. Decisions are final.


5. Refund Methods

Approved refunds may be issued:

  • To the original payment method

  • As Aliapex account balance (where applicable)

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.


6. Return Requirements

  • Buyers may be required to return the item before receiving a refund

  • Return shipping responsibility will depend on the case outcome

  • Items must be returned in the condition received (unless damaged/defective)


7. Exclusions

The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Items collected in person

  • Services that have already been fully delivered

  • Items accurately described but not meeting Buyer expectations

  • Claims filed outside the specified timeframe

  • Prohibited or restricted items


8. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • Respond promptly to disputes

  • Provide accurate item descriptions

  • Honor approved refunds or returns

Failure to comply may result in penalties, including account suspension.


9. Abuse of Policy

Aliapex monitors for misuse of the Money Back Guarantee. Fraudulent or excessive claims may lead to:

  • Denial of future claims

  • Account suspension or termination


10. Limitations

  • Refunds are limited to the full purchase price plus original shipping costs

  • Aliapex is not responsible for indirect losses or damages


11. Amendments

Aliapex reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
