Welcome to Aliapex Payment Services (“Aliapex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Aliapex’s payment processing services, including facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers through our platform.

By using Aliapex, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Definitions

• User: Any individual or entity using Aliapex services.

• Buyer: A User purchasing goods or services.

• Seller: A User offering goods or services.

• Account: Registered profile used to access Aliapex services.

• Transaction: Payment made through Aliapex.

3. Services Provided

Aliapex offers:

• Payment processing between Buyers and Sellers

• Secure holding of funds (escrow-style, where applicable)

• Fraud monitoring and transaction risk assessment

• Dispute resolution assistance

• Currency processing and settlement

Aliapex does not take ownership of goods or services and is not a party to the underlying transaction between Buyer and Seller.

4. Account Registration

To use Aliapex:

• You must provide accurate, complete information

• You must be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)

• You are responsible for maintaining account security

• We may verify your identity (KYC/AML compliance)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. Payment Processing

• Payments are processed via approved payment methods (cards, bank transfers, digital wallets)

• Funds may be held temporarily for security or compliance checks

• Sellers receive payouts after successful transaction completion, minus applicable fees

• Aliapex may impose transaction limits

6. Fees

Aliapex may charge:

• Transaction fees

• Currency conversion fees

• Withdrawal fees

• Chargeback or dispute handling fees

All fees will be disclosed prior to completing a transaction.

7. Buyer Protection

Aliapex may offer Buyer Protection programs:

• Refunds for non-delivery or significantly misrepresented items

• Claims must be filed within a specified timeframe

• Aliapex reserves final decision-making authority

8. Seller Obligations

Sellers must:

• Deliver goods/services as described

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

• Maintain accurate listings

• Handle returns/refunds where applicable

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or withheld funds.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities

• Use Aliapex for unauthorized transactions

• Circumvent fees or platform safeguards

• Sell prohibited or restricted items

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Disputes and Chargebacks

• Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly

• Aliapex may mediate disputes

• We may reverse transactions if necessary

• Chargebacks may result in penalties or account suspension

11. Security and Compliance

Aliapex implements:

• Encryption and secure data storage

• Fraud detection systems

• Compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC regulations

Users must cooperate with compliance requests.

12. Data Privacy

Your use of Aliapex is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

Aliapex is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Losses arising from User misconduct

• Disputes between Buyers and Sellers

Our total liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

• For violation of these Terms

• Due to legal or regulatory requirements

• For risk management purposes

Users may close their accounts at any time, subject to pending transactions.

15. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Aliapex constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
