Aliapex – Return an Order Policy

1. Overview

Aliapex allows Buyers to return eligible items and receive a refund, replacement, or exchange in accordance with this Return Policy.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is significantly different from the Seller’s description

  • The Seller offers returns for change of mind (optional)

All returns must comply with the conditions set by Aliapex and the Seller.


3. Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days after return approval

Late requests may be declined unless required by applicable law.


4. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return

  • Go to your Aliapex account

  • Select the order and click “Request Return”

  • Choose a reason and provide details

Step 2: Wait for Approval

  • The Seller has up to 3 business days to respond

  • If no response, Aliapex may step in

Step 3: Ship the Item

  • Follow the provided return instructions

  • Use a trackable shipping method

  • Package the item securely

Step 4: Confirmation

  • Once the Seller receives the item, the refund or exchange will be processed


5. Refund Options

Depending on the case:

  • Full refund to original payment method

  • Partial refund (if applicable)

  • Replacement or exchange

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Seller pays if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Buyer pays for change-of-mind returns (unless Seller states otherwise)


7. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must:

  • Be in their original condition

  • Include all packaging, accessories, and documentation

  • Not show signs of misuse (unless defective)


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Digital goods or downloadable content

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Services already completed


9. Disputes

If Buyer and Seller cannot agree:

  • Either party may escalate the case to Aliapex

  • Aliapex will review evidence and make a final decision


10. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • Clearly state return policies in listings

  • Respond to return requests promptly

  • Process approved refunds or exchanges


11. Abuse of Returns

Aliapex monitors return activity. Misuse may result in:

  • Return restrictions

  • Account suspension


12. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
